The purpose of the association is to preserve and enhance the quality of life in the area by responding to issues and concerns that affect the area included in the Historic Randall Park Neighborhood. In it's activities, the Association will maintain a careful respect for the rights and prerogatives of the residents, and an appreciation for individual differences. All adult residents of the Historic Randall Park Neighborhood are considered members of the association and their presence at the associations monthly meetings is both encouraged and welcomed. The affairs of the Association are managed by a Steering Committee.

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at Lakeshore Elementary School. Meeting dates for 2017-18 are Nov. 1, Dec. 7, Jan. 4, Feb. 1, March 1, April 5, and May 3. All meetings start promptly at 6:30 p.m.
